Miss Manners would throw a fit if she knew how over due these
"Thank you's" are.
"Thank you's" are.
When I first started blogging, a little over a year ago, I wasn't sure what to expect.
Today I am amazed; every day,
When I log on to my computer and read my mail.
It makes my day!

What a wonderful group of supportive and generous people we have in the blogging community. Amazing!
I read every comment you leave and I especially enjoy the funny stuff.
I wish I had more time to write to everyone and even if you don't have the time to leave a comment, stopping by is more than enough for me!

You're sweet as SUGAR! I'd blog about your house all day long, any day of the week. You're simply amazing Kelley, and from my point of view, a refreshing addition to the design blog scene. You do you. And you do it well. Everything in your house has meeting, purpose, thought, and heart. It's refreshing, inspiring, but most of all, honest. And that, my friend, is a rarity in this funny little blogosphere.
ReplyDeleteI meant, meaning. Don't know why I typed Meeting. LOL! Everything in your house has meaning.
ReplyDeleteHi Kelley,
ReplyDeleteI'm with Niartist...there's not much more I can add to that. I look forward to calling in to your blog and am totally addicted to your posts. I think that you really nail proportion, balance and harmony in the rooms that you show and you know I LOVE what you do. Many thanks to you for sharing with us and for taking the time to leave comments on your blog for people like me that don't have a blog of their own. It always makes me happy when I see and read your reponding comments.
Take care
Janine

Niartist said it all...your blog is amazing...and one of my absolute favorites to visit. Always f.u.l.l. of inspiration...to tell you the truth...I have dreams of your dining room wall...the one with the framed field flowers...love that...oh...and your kitchen....ahhh...your kitchen...amazing. So...Thank You...for sharing with us and just being your cute self!
ReplyDeleteyour welcome but truly.... THANK YOU! your design ideas have touched my life. There are now touches of you in my little house just outside Boston! I am so thrilled I found your blog. As an aspiring design student I feel like I have a "secret weapon" with your blog!
ReplyDeleteKelley...what a nice post! Having only just recently discovered your blog (and blogging in general), I'd say "meeting" (wink) people like you and reading such wonderful material everyday has been amazing, a true blessing!
ReplyDeleteSo in all sincerity...thank you!
Kelley,
ReplyDeleteI swear, you are the BEST blogger ever! Not only is your home and your style my fav, but the fact that you are so kind and take the time to respond to everyone...well, simply the best!
Kelli
There's not much left to add to all the wonderful things listed above! Alex (rustic rooster) is always coming into the office saying "did you read Polished Pebble this morning? It was so funny/amazing/fill in the blank." **I think our best laugh was over your "dear John" letter to your burlap/feedsack.
ReplyDeletePS is that picture Miss Manners herself?? What a fabulous picture - although I'd definitely be afraid to slip on my manners in front of THAT gaze! YIKES!

Kelley,
ReplyDeleteI'm blushing! I think I need a hug! I would get on a mountain top & tell ALL about your blog... it's wonderful! I will support you night & day. Your style {remember you always have an interior design job at the rooster if you move back to Solana Beach} is perfect, your humor cracks me up {keeps me smiling all through the day} & your mannerisms are impeccable {you were raised correctly}! Thank you once again {for giving the rooster a shout out}... I love making comments on your BLOG! Keep up the good work! :)
xoxo,
Alexandra
I should be thanking you, Kelley!
ReplyDeleteYour blog has been an endless source of inspiration for me and my family.
I showed my daughter Leila your beautiful garden and now we are going to create our own vegetable garden.
Thank you, Thank you for everything that you share with us!
